Dear Wagly Family,

We hope you and your families are safe and healthy, and we thank you for your support in these uncertain times.

We are open and offering all our services at all locations! We are here to support your family with Boarding, Daycare, Grooming & Veterinary Care for the summer season and beyond. We understand that summer plans are up in the air for many of you and we want to be there when you are ready!

As a reminder, we are here to support you and your pets while ensuring, as best we can, the safety of you and our staff members. To help accomplish that we are continuing to offer safe options: curbside drop-off and pick-up, chauffeur service at your home, and even telemedicine.

Curbside Drop-off and Pick-up Procedure

Please remain in your car and call us to tell us you have arrived. All dogs must have an appropriately attached leash/collar/harness and all cats and other pets must be in carriers. We will attach two slip leashes as a safety measure to prevent your dog from running into traffic.

A staff member will meet you at the curb after you unload your pet to bring him/her inside.

If your appointment is for a veterinary visit, please remain in the car as we will make every effort to complete services within 30 minutes.

We will call you prior to returning your pet to you to collect payment via credit card over the phone and then return your pet to you curbside.
